7 minutes to get back in shape

Scientists at McMaster University in Hamilton Ontario have developed a series of fitness exercises achievable in 7 minutes flat that will allow you to start the day in the form.


These 12 exercises are supposed to cause the same molecular changes in your muscles when you do several hours of running or cycling. According to them, they are still pretty bad, but as it only lasts 7 minutes, it's bearable.

Each exercise is to practice for 30 seconds with 10 seconds break between each exercise and employ an alternative way, the muscles of the upper and the lower ones.
Still think before you start to do a stress test with your doctor and of course, I doubt that these 12 exercises effectively replaces the practice of a regular sport. I finally, scientifically speaking, it's funny to think that this concatenation is the best time / effort ratio to maximize the effects of fitness.
